Fashion Illustrations changing silhouettes

Here are a selection of my fashion illustrations, these are all drawn by hand in biro and coloured in various methods. I have done about 30 so far and am working my way through each decade. Lots more to put up but these will do for now. Hope you like them!

I created this A2 collage in April for the Royal Wedding.
Kate was just so beautiful and I loved everything about the wedding!
I drew them in coloured pencil,  one of my favourite mediums when making a coloured portrait
and created the outfits, lettering and bunting using mixed media.
Using real material for the dress and veil I re created my own version of the dress, keeping to the lacey style and shape of the real wedding dress, complete with diamontes for the tiara.
Charles looked very dashing in the red uniform and I think it is a good likeness of both of them.
Allot of people have reacted very positively to this piece of art work and I consider it one of my favorites that I have worked on.

This biro drawing of an alluring model is an example of one of the many I do, recreating my own drawings using fashion photography in magazines, such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar
and photography publications such as BON.

I have a great passion for fashion illustration

& a very high respect for fashion photography and above all...

FASHION & BEAUTY!

I also occasionally draw men.

I also do drawings from my own photographs
& have got models of my own to pose for me & then draw from.

This beautiful girl Lizzy was drawn by hand on an A2 mountboard, using only elements of colour in the flowers and butterfly.

An example of stylised roses that I have painted in this A1 piece.
I tend to work big when I paint.

My drawing of a Tiger.  Such beautiful creatures!

Examples of Life Drawing, this was a 2 minute study of the model in each pose.
Pen and ink.
The image below is a longer pose of 15 minutes.

Third Year Illustrations

Here are some of my drawings and advert designs for a beauty range Butterfly Beauty London. All images are created by hand and photographed, some are rendered on Photoshop but I prefer to keep as much hand drawn and collage in my work as possible. I had the help of 2 of my gorgeous friends Lizzy and Charlotte to star in my pictures so big thanks to them. I really enjoyed this project!
